Refund Policy

Above All Limits are happy to accept items for exchange or refund up to 30 days after the original despatch date.

Reasons for Return

Faulty Item

Above All Limits is willing to replace or refund any garment deemed to be at fault by fabric flaw or manufacturing. Garments should be returned to Above All Limits with a completed returns form. Garments deemed faulty will be replaced free of additional freight charges. If the size label is missing please indicate the size purchased and the replacement size if any. Garments will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department and garments which have been purposely tampered with will not qualify for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that worn garments have been washed prior to return. If you require a refund, Above All Limits will refund the full price that you paid including postage charges.

Change of Mind

If you would like to return a product for exchange or refund, please return the product with the return form. Items which are returned for change of mind must be returned in "as new" condition with all swing tags and labels still attached. We are unable to accept garments which have had the swing tags removed. Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before removing any labels. Please note, you are responsible for all postages charges incurred to return the goods to us.

Please return the item with a completed Returns Form. You can print a form from here. Please ensure this form is completed fully so that we can process your return quickly and efficiently. Goods may be returned by Australia Post and we recommend that your article is registered or insured as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us. Please ensure you keep a record of the registration or insurance until you are satisfied that we have received the goods.
